NCLEX-RN Practice That Grows Clinical Judgment

NCLEXIT is an AI-native NCLEX-RN prep platform: 4,028 curated NGN practice questions, 52 unfolding case studies, adaptive CAT mock exams, spoken clinical simulation, and a study plan built from your own diagnostic. It trains all six steps of the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model rather than one score, and two things here exist nowhere else in NCLEX prep — voice clinical simulation, where you speak with an AI-played patient and are coached on RN scope in the moment, and an RN interview room that grades a spoken mock interview on a hiring rubric. Frequently asked questions

How is this different from UWorld or Archer?

Those are question banks with pre-written explanations. NCLEXIT adds the two things a bank cannot do: an AI tutor you can ask follow-up questions, and spoken clinical simulation where you talk to an AI-played patient and are coached on RN scope while you speak.

Is the content current for the Next Generation NCLEX?

Yes. The bank covers eight NGN item types — matrix, bow-tie, highlight, cloze, trend, ordered response, SATA and single-best — aligned to the current NCSBN test plan and the Clinical Judgment Measurement Model.

What is voice clinical simulation?

You hold a spoken conversation with an AI-played patient using your microphone. It flags scope-of-practice problems while you are still talking, and scores the transcript against the six NCSBN clinical-judgment steps at the end.

How do you know the simulation scenarios are any good?

Each one is minted offline through a five-gate pipeline and banked only if it passes a dual-probe solver self-test: the same model attempts it as a safe nurse and as an unsafe one, and the gap is stored on the scenario as its discrimination index. The live bank averages 68.9 against a minimum of 30.

How long should I study using this platform?

Take the built-in diagnostic and it generates a four, six or eight-week schedule from your baseline and your exam date.

Is there pharmacology practice?

Yes — an interactive pharmacology flashcard system on an SM-2 spaced-repetition schedule.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes. The platform is fully responsive. Voice simulation additionally needs microphone permission.
